چکیده

Background and Aim: In the hospital context, critically sick patients are among ones who most closely observed followed, with multiple tests done daily. The standard liver function test panel (LFT), which includes bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), gamma glutaryl transferase (cGT), frequently shows findings outside of normal range that may change over admission time. Grossly abnormal readings reflect specific hepatic pathology brought on by ischaemia, sepsis, or iatrogenic pharmacological effects. Objectives isTo evaluate prevalence patterns LFT in ICU patients. To significance deranged (LFT) ill their relation clinical events 30 days mortality. Methods: A prospective, observational study was conducted collecting critical care parameters all admissions to general intensive unit (ICU) our institution during period December 2021 November 2022. Results: Of 246 first without hepatobiliary disease, 54.9% demonstrated an at point admission. Episodes mechanical ventilation associated day 1 (p value <0.005). presence increased risk death within value=0.001). Conclusion: Deranged illness is a subtle but common phenomenon could be used predict have higher mortality risk. High enzymes do not necessarily indicate organ failure hepatocellular dysfunction, rather variety damage related serious illness.

Lft Representations for Nonlinear Mechanical Systems

In this paper, we present a systematic methodology for constructing LFT representations for general mechanical systems derived via Lagrange’s equations. The LFT representation allows for any nonlinear matrix second-order mechanical system to be transformed into an interconnection of an LTI system with a diagonal “uncertainty” block. This uncertainty block is, in fact, state-dependent. Sufficien...

Translation of Taylor Series into LFT Expansions

In Exact Real Arithmetic, real numbers are represented as potentially infinite streams of information units, called digits. In this paper, we work in the framework of Linear Fractional Transformations (LFT’s, also known as Möbius transformations) that provide an elegant approach to real number arithmetic (Gosper 1972, Vuillemin 1990, Nielsen and Kornerup 1995, Potts and Edalat 1996, Edalat and ...

Symbolic Techniques for Low Order Lft-modelling

Symbolic preprocessing techniques are very useful to obtain low order LFT-representations for parametric models. In this paper we give an overview about existing preprocessing methods and we present new techniques and enhancements of existing methods. All methods are implemented in the new version 2 of the LFR-toolbox and their capabilities are illustrated by a challenging aircraft parametric u...

Control Oriented LFT Modeling of a Non Linear MIMO system

ABSTRACT: This paper presents a procedure for parametric uncertainty modeling of a highly nonlinear multiinput multioutput (MIMO) cross coupled system for the purpose of Linear Fractional Transformation (LFT) model realization. A novel technique has been considered to represent the control oriented LFT modeling of linear parametric models. A systematic approach is to find the equivalent represe...

LFT/H∞ varying sampling control for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles

This paper deals with the robust control of an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) subject to communication constraints. The aim is the design of a gain-scheduled varying sampling controller using non periodic measurements from ultrasonic sensors. The contribution of this work lies in a new model formulation of varying sampling discrete-time systems using the Linear Fractional Transformation (L...
